My name is Tim.I am a web presence consultant and service provider specializing in standards compliant HTML and CSS web design, and the utilization of Open Source resources... Simply stated, I create and maintain successful, competitive, web sites at minimal cost. In 1997, I was asked to create my first commercial website for a small business in Fort Wayne Indiana. I accepted the job without hesitation. My client was so pleased with the outcome that I began marketing my skills to small businesses. Since then, each project refines my abilities and broadens my scope of services. I am also an accomplished photographer and graphic artist, with works published in several forms of media. My creative experience serves as an invaluable tool to clients, especially when establishing or evolving their public identity.
